Wednesday night 7- 8 Meadowbank is the place to be ! Here you will find the cream of MSB old boys parading there silky skills .
Only the elite can stay with the pace of this game. The main criteria to play is that you must be 35+ and lacking in fitness!
We are playing an 8 aside game for an hour and currently have up to 20 players interested, so anyone else interested can contact myself , Boot or soupy and we will get you on the list . Very Happy

He is there in a scouting capacity , rumour has it he has tapped two players already ! Fitness could be another reason why he is playing with the ELITE ! Very Happy

know how you feel Connor talk to coach mon and i would say you can get a game .

at 33 yes i am just under the limit but i play like a very poor 45 year old ,pretty sure the Mr Chairman is still only 34 though.

though at training on thursday night i was part of a winning side and i think i played my part in the sweet victory. Very Happy

Cass when that leg heals up we will get you slotted in

Close Anthony but not 34 just yet! With 3 kids though I qualify for over 35!

Unfortunately I will miss this weeks football frenzy as I will be watching the yids run around the toffees plus Woody getting his first injury. If you want to see quality I would advise you to call out on Wednesday night. I still can't believe Big Mark saved those two shots from PC! Maybe he was still diving from the shot 5 minutes before hand!

Great nights entertainment.

After his dazzling performance last week i have just recieved word from the Skyblue man that he has picked up an injury and is not available for selection on Wed night ! He marked his debut with a couple of stunning goals leaving Boot and the two Mickeys in a heap .
Unfortunately his team well beaten even though we did get the goal of the night !
The Chairman makes his comeback this week so it will be a case of mind your ankles , with the possibilty of " Kicker time mcCormack " making an appearance so quality all arond .
Any one interested contact the usual suspects and we will try and get you a game ! Very Happy Very Happy

For all you fireside members of our squad you missed the best game yet ! Big Sav had the pleasure of playing with the elite tonight and said he learnt a few tricks , his fitness could be a problem though !
Certain squad members rang me today @ 3.30 to cry of with a mysterious knee injury ( he was watching Celtic v Barca on a high stool ) , but just to let you know Lofty it has been noted !!!
Goal of the night went to the Booter with a cracker from at least 25 yards and the the dazzling Mighty (mutcher ) scoring another one !
Big Shawdy joined us tonight and showed us that he still has all the skill of yesteryear !
Standard just keeps im proving 4-4 draw tonight ! Very Happy Very Happy Very Happy

I thought Willis scored the goal of the night with a 'Jimmy Greaves' styled passed finish into the bottom corner!

Boot gets fair play award of the year for not looking for the goal that never following some comical defending by Soupey and the Chairman.

Pass of the night also went to Boot as well who warmed Coachmon's bollicks - nearly put him out of action!

Mark Evans yet again excels in goals and Polo's place is in serious doubt.

Roll on next week.
