We return to meadowbank on Wednesday 1st October with a 7 o,clock k.o. Mr P Breen("fair play to him") will be running the show this time round so he will be in touch with all the Galacticos soon !

One word to describe the fitness levels of some of our squad "SHOCKING"

I wish it was fitness that was the problem this came last on my list after passing, heading, shooting, marking, and running. All in all a fecking nitemare. Bright spot on the night was my shocking performance made Mark Evans look good

Kicker was very sore on his own team , but then again he had a point.

Goal of the night went to big Joe with his glancing header . For a minute i thought it was Lee Chapman in his glory years for the Leeds

It has been brought to my attention that "Booter" claims he scored 4 goals last night ! Any truth in it ?

Just a wee note to say that seeing coachmon in a Liverpool jersey was well worth a fiver. The chairman can bring me a yiddo jersey next week. .

Good game last night though i am a bit sore today , Big Ben and Maccer scored a couple each for the winners with the booter also on target. Eugene Kerr scored a clinker early doors for that team , the game will be remembered for the amount of misses ,Marty Kerr was glad to point out to me that i missed the sitter of the night personally i think it was Marty taking the heat of himself but the Miss of the night without doubt was Martin Mc Erlains chance a miss kick from 3 ft out with the goals at his mercy .Lofty got a couple of goals for the losers one super header and the other a sweet volley from a right wing cross , i even got on the scoresheet myself (4yd wonder goal). Paddy Breen was pulling the strings for the losers and a draw would have been a fair result but in the end it was 6-5 to Mickey Mc Groogan,Booter and Big Bens Team .

Looking forward to the next game but for me it will not be till the 5th of nov with the next 2 midweeks taken up with my Manchester United Commitments

Goal of the season so far goes to the Booter after his volley tonight , a real "cracker " ,Lofty in goals never moved (nothing new in that )
